The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests submitted outside WIB banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions; and colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus terms.
Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money winnings derived from bonus funds (after all wagering requirements have been met) can be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
All bets placed on idx789 are governed by the specific rules and conditions applicable to each game or sporting event. Once a bet is confirmed and your account balance is debited, the bet cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed unless idx789 determines that the bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction or incorrect odds display.

Users will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idx789 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the idx789 platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth below.
